What this site collects, and what it does not.
Collected
Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, an email or phone number, the consultation you choose, an optional preferred time, optional birth details, and your message. Alongside it, non-identifying usage data: pages viewed, read depth, load time, device and browser type, referral source, city-level location, and a code that rotates every calendar month to recognise a returning browser without identifying anyone. No cookies. No third-party trackers. Nothing is stored on your device.
Purpose
Enquiries are used only to reply and to prepare your consultation; an enquiry is noted with the pages viewed during that visit. Usage data is used only to run and improve this site.
Sharing
Only with the infrastructure that serves this site and delivers its email (Cloudflare), or where the law requires. Never sold.
Your rights
Write to namaste@drsaritanagpal.com to see, correct, or erase anything you have sent; it will be honoured unless a record must be kept by law. Complaints may also be raised with the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process is in force.
Children
Readings concerning a child proceed only through a parent or guardian. This site collects nothing from a child directly.
Do Not Track
This site does not track anyone across other websites, so browser Do Not Track signals change nothing: there is nothing to switch off.
Changes
Any change appears on this page with a new effective date.
