The nature of the guidance
Astrology, numerology, and Swar Vigyan are offered for reflection and clarity. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For those matters, please consult a qualified professional.
Not a healthcare service
These consultations offer spiritual and personal guidance. They do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental-health condition.
No guarantees
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. The work is honest guidance about timing, temperament, and direction, and is clear about what a chart, a number, or a breath cannot tell you.
Fees and payment
Fees are as listed on the consultations page. Payment is made only after your slot is confirmed. Dr. Nagpal never sends payment links in chat and never asks for an OTP.
How consultations work
Consultations are held online. A session takes place over Zoom, telephone, or WhatsApp video, at a time confirmed in advance; nothing is scheduled until you have confirmed the slot. Sessions are offered in Hindi and in English. All timings are stated and confirmed in India Standard Time (IST). An in-person sitting may occasionally be arranged in advance, at Dr. Nagpal’s discretion.
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
A confirmed session may be rescheduled without charge, or cancelled for a full refund, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Where notice is shorter, or where you do not join the session, the sitting may be treated as held; one courtesy reschedule is offered where circumstances allow. Once a session has been held, its fee is not refundable. If Dr. Nagpal must cancel a confirmed session, the choice is yours: a full refund, or priority rebooking at the next time that suits you.
Confidentiality
What you share is treated as confidential. Client names are always withheld.
